Before starting your website project, a consultation call allows us to discuss your vision, brand goals, and design direction in detail. During this session, we’ll go over your business needs, preferred aesthetics, website functionality, and any questions you may have about the process.

This dedicated time ensures I fully understand your vision and can create a customized strategy for your website or brand project.

Consultation Fee: $50

If you decide to move forward and book your website within 3 days of your consultation, the $50 fee will be applied toward your total website balance.

If more than 3 days pass after your consultation without booking, the fee will remain as a non-refundable service charge for the time and expertise provided.

Most Shopify website projects are completed within 1–3 weeks, depending on the size of the website, number of pages, and how quickly all required content and feedback are provided.

If all materials and information are submitted promptly, your website can be completed in as little as 1.5 weeks.

We accept Zelle, Shop Pay, Affirm, Afterpay, PayPal, and all major Credit/Debit Cards.

All payments are processed securely to protect your information.

Please note that full payment is required to begin any project unless otherwise discussed and approved.

Processing fees do apply to electronic payments made through Shop Pay, Affirm, Afterpay, PayPal, and credit cards.

If you need an invoice or payment receipt, I’ll be happy to provide one upon request.

Once your website has been completed and launched, full ownership and responsibility for ongoing updates are transferred to you, the client. This includes managing content edits, product changes, design adjustments, and maintaining plugins or apps to ensure your site continues to run smoothly.

I completely understand that some clients may feel unsure about making changes on their own or worry about accidentally disrupting the site’s layout or functionality. If you have questions or need guidance, I’m always happy to walk you through the process.

However, if you prefer that I personally handle your updates and adjustments, a Website Maintenance Service Fee can be added to your package. This service includes:

• Routine updates (text, images, banners, products, etc.)
• Design and layout modifications
• Plugin, app, and software maintenance
• Performance optimization and security checks
• Priority technical support and troubleshooting

This ensures your website stays current, professional, and fully functional without the stress of managing updates yourself.
